Simply bring a mat and your smile to practice!

This program, held at the Wellesley Community Center, is a FREE 6-week (two sessions each week) programme for women who have recently given birth and who quit smoking during pregnancy and are trying to stay smoke-free. It is a joint project of Toronto Public Health and the University of Toronto's Faculty of Physical Education and Health.

The program will not only to get you active during each session, but is designed to show you how to be more active in your daily life, in ways that include your child - and helping to keep you smoke-free.

T.T.C tokens, daycare and refreshments will be provided to participants.
